Confidentiality

All discussions within sessions will remain confidential.
G HR for HR Pty Ltd may reference themes or learnings in general terms for professional reflection or service development purposes; however, no identifying information about the Client or organisation will be shared unless expressly permitted by the Client, required by law or legal proceedings, or where G HR for HR Pty Ltd reasonably believes harm may come to the individual or business.

The obligations of confidentiality are not affected by the expiry or termination of this agreement.

Nature of Support and Limitation of Liability
This engagement is designed as a confidential thinking partnership and professional support service. Responsibility for business decisions and actions remains with the Client and organisation. This service does not constitute therapy, counselling, legal advice, or psychological treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G HR for HR Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or connected to the services provided through this engagement. Any liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the engagement.

Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.

Any intellectual property developed specifically for the Client as part of the engagement will be transferred to the Client upon payment of all applicable fees.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions will be scheduled collaboratively between G HR for HR Pty Ltd and the Client and may be delivered online or in person.
If a session is cancelled by the Client with less than 12 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited.
Where possible, sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the engagement period.
Reasonable support beyond scheduled sessions may be provided at the discretion of G HR for HR Pty Ltd.
Should the Client require in-person sessions, reasonable travel costs will be invoiced to the Client.
The scope and duration of any Retained Partnership engagement will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Payment Terms
For Coaching but Better, the full engagement fee will be invoiced at the commencement of the engagement with 14-day payment terms.
For Retained Partnership engagements, an initial four-week retainer will be invoiced upon commencement with 14-day payment terms. Any additional fees for time worked will be invoiced monthly in arrears.

Termination
Either party may discontinue the engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
Unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of G HR for HR Pty Ltd, less any sessions already delivered and costs. Any unpaid fees for sessions already conducted will become immediately due and payable.
