Hi, I’m G!
I started GHRHR because I have felt the demands of HR roles, and know we’re often the least supported.
The pressure, the complexity of managing both up and down, and the constant balancing act of representing the organisation while advocating for its people.
In my Head of People roles, I sought out coaches but realised what I really needed was supervision: a trusted sounding board, not another coach. Someone who understands. A space to think clearly, test decisions, and be heard.
Because the people who support everyone else deserve support too.
We’re for business.
AI is reshaping how work gets done and what work even is. HR leaders need to stay ahead, thinking strategically and guiding organisations through constant change.
While technology will continue to evolve, work will always be human. Trust, judgment, and relationships can’t be automated and they’re exactly what people rely on HR for.
Supporting your HR leader isn’t a perk, it’s a strategic investment. When HR has space to reflect, process challenges, and stay clear-headed, they’re better equipped to support your people and drive performance. Without that support, the emotional and cognitive load of the role can limit their impact. With it, they can think more strategically, make better decisions, and show up at their best for your people and your business.
My sessions are led by my clients. By focusing on a supervision model rather than coaching, there are no programs or homework, instead I provide a confidential space for my clients to lead the conversation towards what is truly valuable for them in their work.
I work in discreet and ongoing engagements depending on the needs of an individual and their organisation.
